I have a mpeg video saved on a cd and its scratched up. It still plays but catches on one spot and sticks. How can I save this data? I tried toothpaste. Would cdclone work?

I don't know if they work, but you can get those CD/DVD polisher from any electric house. I don't know what comes in the kit, but it may help fix your problem. As for a free solution, if you have not tried. i suggest you do a google search on fixing scratched CD/DVD.
