Networking with username and pass

I started school today with my new MacBook. The wireless network on my school requires both a username and password. And so when I press connect to it, mac asks me for a password, however that is not enough and so I can not connect. The only setting I how found that allows me to enter both is "leap", that is not working either because then the authentications are not correct. I need to connect via WEP and still enter both username and pass. Any suggestions ?

Find the administrator for the wireless at your school and ask them

Yeah I wanted to do that. He is quite busy however...
