Only "what does this have to do with the macbook, specifically?" In the video they state that this isn't a mac issue, and affects many wireless drivers on many platforms. I have yet to see a single article or editorial on this subject that actually remembers to say that, instead taking the "look at the security hole in the macbook" stance.
I do think that this is a shame. The security issue raised here is massive: by using holes in drivers, it is possible to bypass ALL protocol level security. This problem could be found in wireless network, bluetooth, or many other drivers. The cross-platform issue should be the primary focus, not the fact that they used a mac in the demo ...
