power mac g4?

i was thinking of buying a power mac g4 off of ebay and i was wondering if it is worth it or should i just buy a new one or to get an imac g5? im planing on using it for going on the internet and editing video.

how much video will you be editing? if its a little to moderate amount go for the imac. What programs will you be using to edit?

yea im just going to be editing video i filmed of me and my friends skating n stuff and i guess i would use final cut pro to edit

Thats if your willing to pay $1300 for it.You could just use iMovie, it does the job fine and it's included in iLife.
