hiya,

when i had my pc and connected to my adsl modem it would always tell me the speed of the connection. I.e. if i got a crappy speed i could hang up and redial in. I cant seem to find a way to do this on my new macbook. Does anyone know how to do this (apart from going to one of those websites)

thanks in advance!

Did you use a program supplied by your ISP or was it part of Windows? If it was your ISP then you should see if they have a Mac version.
