Question I'll have when I receive my new MBP

Ok, well I'll be bringing it to the house I'm living in with my friends up at college, and when I had my desktop PC up there last year, I had my Logitech Z-5500 speakers to go with it. I'm hoping there is a way to use the same speakers with my MBP. Anyone got any ideas? I'm assuming I'll have to look into purchasing an adapter of some sort or special cable. Can anyone help me out?

From what I see online it just uses a Optical input, and the MacBook and MBP have Optical Input's and Outputs, so it should work right away with an optical cable

hmmm...that output jack doesnt' look like the same type of plug for what goes into my optical digital input for my speaker system...does anyone know if that's the same or will I need an adapter for plugging it into the MBP?
