I want to buy these slippers from Hammacher Schlemmer, but they are discontinuing them, so I need to find out who makes them so I can buy them from another source. The problem is that I don't know the brand. Can anyone identify the brand of these slippers based on the logo in this picture?

I believe those are Romika's - I've had two pair for years - my all time favorite slippers. One pair I have is Neoprene uppers and they are the most comfortable. The Leather uppers are much stiffer and less comfortable. Unfortunately, they haven't made the Neoprene ones for a while now. If you find a source - post up about it - I'd buy more.

Thanks for the info; I found two sources for these slippers. Can you tell by the picture if these are leather or Neoprene?

Those are both what they consider "nu-buck" - which is a softer suede-like leather or psuedo-leather. It is softer than the leather ones I have, which are a normal leather upper, but not as soft as the neoprene (which is like wet suit material). I believe that they no longer make these slippers in neoprene (which is too bad). I think that you will like them - they are very comfortable soles and very light, but last a long time. What is the price on those two sites ?

The Plow & Hearth site is $65

The Footsmart is $40 but they are discontinuing them so the availability is very limited.

cornelius - Thanks for the info. Footsmart didn't have my size (dang - they have a good price).

They only seem to be available from Foot specialist stores, because they are imports I guess.

I think I originally paid about $60 for each of the pair that I have. So P & H price is probably right to account for the fact that I've had mine for several years. My dog seems to like to chew on the Neoprene ones, which are my everyday slippers. I bought the leather ones thinking I'd wear them outside, but they are a little too casual. So they will probably become my replacements when the neoprene pair bite the dust.
