User Access

How do i access all the user files from different users on my Mac. I am the admin, and i have a guest user account and want to be able to access any files in that account but it says i am un-eligible. I am a new mac user, and have learned everything fine, until this simple little thing...

i think all you have to do is right-click (or single click and apple-i) and click get info on what ever folder you want to look. then change the permissions on the guest user acct.
