Screendump Problem!

hello i hope that someone can help me.
i don't know how you take screendumps on my ibook g4.

it's urgent!

If by "screendumps" you mean "screenshot"...(?)

Hit Shift+Command+3.

Command being the Apple button.

After a "snap" noise, you'll see a file called "Picture 1" on your Desktop.

or you could do a simple search on the forums for screenshots and there are many threads that list many different ways of doing this

Thanks for the help. In my preferences section it says apple button+up arrow+3 and i could never get it to work.

thats because it is the symbol for shift, not the up arrow. the symbol for the up arrow is a thinner arrow.
