Burning cd issues ?

15" Macbook Pro (2010) 2.4Ghz, 4GB RAM
I tryed to burn a playlist in itunes today like ive done a million times before, except this time it says something like "not enough power to calibrate the laser for this device".. Please tell me i dont need a new burner.

...Also i want to buy a new hard-drive for my powermac G5, will it accept SATA 2 Drives ???

what was the exact message?? power calibration can mean your drive is going bad or you have a bad disk

Is your drive built in?
Check your voltage, try hooking up to a different power plug point.

Yes its the internal PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-107D that came with the G5 when i bought it.
