Permission denied to save Example.py file

Basic stuff for most of you but as someone starting out late in life (61) to learn python, the first hurdle is saving my sublimetext file - only my MAC says permission denied.

Way too little information to help you. What Mac, what version macOS, where are you trying to save the file, is your account an admin account, is the location you are trying to save on an internal or external drive?
