Hello everyone. I am trying to watch HD content in iTunes for Windows in Parallels but I get an error message stating that my computer does not support HD content and gives me the option to download a SD version. I have tried adjusting the Display settings through the Parallels Control Centre without success. Does anyone know a workaround for this please?

Welcome to the forum.

I would suggest that you head over to the Parallels website to see if there is an answer there. I did a quick search on their support page and got tons of hits for "HD Video." As I don't care about HD video, I didn't read them all, but they are there, including some that seem to have settings recommendation.

Perhaps a dumb question, but why wouldn't you use iTunes natively in macOS? Why would you go through a VM for a software that runs natively on macOS?
