reset itself please help!

my ip 5S OS 11 it's reset itself with blackscreen and loading... it random 1min,3,5... please help me... thnks...
everything i try but one tips i still don't try it's factory reset...

Not sure what the problem really is, but if the symptom is that every few minutes (or less) the phone goes black with a spinning circle, then returns to the dashboard, it's a bug that Apple has fixed in release 11.2, out today. If the restart is so frequent that you cannot do the upgrade, set a date before Dec 2 by opening Settings/General/Date & Time and then set date manually to something before Dec 2. Once that is done, the restarts will stop and you should be able to upgrade. Once upgraded, remember to go back and let the date and time be automatically set again.
