I am trying to import photos from my iPhone to my iMac and am having problems. Here is what I am doing and what I am seeing.
1) Plug the iPhone into the Mac with the charging cable
2) A message appears "Photos in the camera roll on the iPhone cannot be viewed or imported because the iPhone is locked with a pass code. You must enter your pass code to view and import them." At this time the iPhone is not turned on. (I do not use a pass code in my iPhone)
3) Turn on the iPhone and get the message "Trust this computer?". Press Trust
4) Click OK at message in #2 and it disappears.
At this point iPhoto is open and the iPhone is shown but shows zero photos. There is no instruction on how or where to enter the required pass code
Suggestions will be appreciated
