Basically this is how I was syncing photographs: photos from iPhone were uploaded to iCloud and and Mac app 'Photos' was only downloading (not uploading to) photos from iCloud and after it had downloaded the latest batch, I would put those in respective folders. But ... 'Photos' aren't downloading photos from iCloud anymore. Below are the screenshots of both iPhone's Photos' and Mac's Photos' setting.
Your advice is highly appreciated.
