Problem uploading aiff files

I am getting very little assistance from create space. I suspect a formatting issue with embedded data
On the mac folder

AIFF is a graphical format that is seldom used for images on the Web. Traditionally, it's PNG, GIF and (if you go back far enough) BMP.

So please explain in GREAT detail what your problem is and what you are trying to accomplish.

Are you sure you don't mean tiff? I've only seen aiff associated with uncompressed audio files.

In either case, you're right, we need more details.
