fcp x : removing whistling sound and dhum dhum in audio recording

hi there,

these may be a basic question for the experts but i am a novice with fcpx.
the audio recordings have a "whistling sound" when the voice goes high pitch and a "dhum drum" sound from the collar mike when there are body movements of the speaker.
can someone guide on how to remove them in fcpx?
