History delete

Im new here and have what is probably a simple question.

I've heard that iCloud stores or keeps old info and that there are are programs that go back and can read your old data.
Read data such as old email, text, safari history and such.

Is there a way to delete all of this old data?

Are you asking because of some need for recovery or due to security and access to the data concerns???

Even if "there are are programs that go back and can read your old data. Read data such as old email, text, safari history and such", I would suggest one's password would still be needed to access the iCloud account.
