I presume you are referring to the sending of photos via email?
What you could try: export or otherwise move the photo to your Desktop. Right click on the photo and choose "Compress" which creates a zip file. Then attach the zip to your email and send.
If more than one photo, put them in a Folder and either (a) try just sending the Folder or (b) Right click and compress the Folder - [(a) often works without the need to compress].

Bear in mind that while Mail by default shows images in line (i.e, you can see it in the message) when it arrives at the windows target it will be either visible as an image inline or as a file attachment, depending on how the RECEIVER has email set up. Now, on your end, instead of zipping it, you can also just right click on the image and select to see "View as icon," but again, that's only on YOUR end. The receiver may have it set to show images or not, which you cannot control. That "View as icon" option is available, by the way, if you click on the paperclip icon to attach an image or if you drag an image from the file to the body of the email message. Both get sent as an attachment.

Hi Dats11 - you've already received excellent advice concerning email options for sending photos - now, I don't know 'how many' photos you want to share, their sizes, nor how many individuals you might want to see these images? But, another consideration is to upload your photos to a 'file sharing service' - Dropbox is one often recommended (there is a 'free' limited plan) - I use SmugMug, which is a paid option, but I've made 'albums' of images and then sent invitations to share those items - there are plenty of choices if you want an alternative to emailing?
