I am in Account Recovery because I forgot my password. It's been 7 days. I gave the the information they needed. i called and could get no information on how much longer this would take for Apple Support. I can't believe it has been this long? Has anyone had this long time delay?

G'day and welcome to the forums.

This forum has nothing to do with Apple. Did they give you a service number or anything similar or is that what you mean by 'password'?

If so you might like to check back with Apple Support in whatever country you are in.

If you're referring to your Apple ID account and forgot the password with no other means of recovering it, then you can expect a long delay before Apple restores it. However, as Harry pointed out you need to remain in contact with Apple as there is nothing we can do to help you with that.
