MacBook won't turn on

Please help. After class I just closed my laptop and put it in my thin backpack. It was misting outside and I think a little may have gotten on my laptop when I was walking home. I went to turn it on and nothing happens except a blinking light in the front. What do I do?

You didn't tell us which MacBook you have - model and year? Are you sure that your MacBook battery is charged? Have you tried plugging it in with the charger and wait for awhile to see if it will then turn on? The blinking light in the front means it's sleeping.

As long as water (rain) did not get inside your MacBook, it should be OK.
