Swap keys to OS format while using Windows on MS Ergonomic Keyboard 4000?

Going crazy here with using the same type of keyboard at work (Windows 7) and at home (OS).

Does anyone know how to swap the ALT and CTRL keys on the MS Ergonomic 4000 Keyboard In Windows?

I have the keys switched at home on my Mac so the ALT key is the CMD key. What I want to do is make the same switch here at work so the ALT key becomes the CTRL key.

I am sure I am not the only person who has run into this issue!

Ps. I have the MS Intellitype software for the keyboard installed on both machines.

Have a look at KeyTweak for Windows.

But be warned.... many OSs (Windows and MACOS included) can get upset if you start remapping modifier keys
