The icon refers to an alias (to what I don't know) which is to be found in your Downloads Folder. As it is only 119KB, it could be a small graphic included as a header or insert within something which you have downloaded. These icons are frequently seen as tiny graphics in headed texts. Check your Downloads Folder via Finder and see what's there.
You could also check Recent Items/Folders from the Finder Menu Bar > GO if you have that function turned on in System Preferences. It's linked to something you've downloaded.
