Screenshots are blurred on Ipad 2

Hello,
Today I took a screenshot on my IPad 2. When I went into my photos it was so blurred I could not read it. When I checked other screen shots I had saved they were also blurred. They were not like that yeesterday? Updates are current except for the last one. All other photos appear fine. Anybody know what might be the problem?

What are you taking screenshots of, an App, a webpage, a document? Also, is this an iPad 2, or an iPad Air 2? Stating, updates are current except for the last one, is confusing, it is not a definitive iOS version, please provide that as well?
