Macbook Pro Mid 2009 - won't playback HD video - skips, freezes, extremely choppy (video recorded from GoPro or Nikon DSLR with class 10 memory card).
My mac is running OS X El Capitan, Processor: 2.26 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, Memory: 4GB 1067 MHz DDR3.

I have everything backed up on an external hard drive
