Admin pass

Hello there! I lost my admin pass for my laptop and need to download go pro studio. It prompts to ask for it and can't figure out how to bypass, any helpful tips? Thanks in advance. oh and can't reset it either

By chance in your admin account would the option to reset the password using your Apple ID have been checked? It usually is the default. If you input the wrong password three times it should offer the option to use your Apple ID.
