I uploaded 37 photos from an external hard drive on Mac Mini to my iPhone6. I want to delete them but there is no trash symbol. How can I get rid of the uploaded photos?

When you sync images between a folder and your iPhone6, the only way to get rid of them from your iPhone is to get rid of them from your folder and re-sync. Pictures taken on the device itself can be deleted with the trash symbol.
