Most of my playlists are Smart Playlists, but I also use Standard Playlists. I have no trouble editing the Smart Playlists, but today, I found that I cannot edit the Standard ones. Specifically, I wish to increase the number (limit) of songs in the playlist. When I right click on the playlist and go to edit, I get another version of the list with no way to edit it. I use a MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan 10.11.5.

Thank you for you attention.

Don't have an answer for this yet. I'll try to look at this again later today.

@narda

I may be wrong, but my understanding of a Standard Playlist is that it is something you create yourself by dragging tunes of your choice into it? If correct, then you alone determine the number of songs.

As far as I know, it is only with a Smart Playlist that you can control/alter the number limit.
