Excel File Association?

I read in another thread that you can associate all Word. docs so that when you click on them it will open Mac Office 2004 Word. I need to do that for Excel files also, does anyone know how to do this?

Update: I remembered how, to do this you need to "Get Info" on the file and there it gives you the option of choosing what software you want to hope the file with.
