update winzip driver message on screen?

For the last few days I have repeatedly had the following message appear on my screen. Details: A required driver is missing, size 3.4MB Download, OS: Windows 10,8,7, XP & Vista, with a box 'Fix Now' to click on. I think this only happens when I am viewing Youtube videos. Obviously I am on Mac not Windows. What is this? How do I stop it from appearing? Thanks

What does WinZip have to do with you viewing YouTube videos? Do you have WinZip for Mac loaded or running?

Don't know if I have Winzip for Mac. Where would I find it? Can't see it Application. Also I too have no idea what winzip has to do with watching YouTube videos, it's just that I think that is when the message tends to appear on screen, but I will monitor it from now on to see when it does appear in future. Thanks

Are you actually on the YouTube site when this message appears? If you are watching a YouTube video embedded on another site I wonder if they are trying to trick you into downloading something else. Can you give us the link to a video that triggers this message?

Sounds like spyware in the browser. Read this URL. Click on OSX and it will take you to that section. Not sure if this is it but check just in case.

Hi Dennis, can't see any malware. However, just noticed that if I click on Safari, Safari Extensions, I can install Ad Block, maybe that is all I am seeing, an advert? Is it a good idea to install Ad Block? Any knowledge of this?

many of our forum members love Adblock. I've ben using it for some time and really like it.

BTW I didn't get the pop up from either YouTube video but did when I followed the link Dennis provided.

Watched the first song Amazing Grace and guess what? Nothing came up!!!!! Suggest AdBlockPlus and Ghostery.
