Can't delete files

I am running Win 7 in Parallels 10 and can't delete files on 2 external drives with Prlsf format. Would appreciate any help

How about explaining to us what a "Prisf format" is? Or are you referring to the two external drives being formatted as NTFS?

When I rt click on either external drive and select Properties it states that the file system is PrlSF which seems to be related to Parallels desktop. On looking further afield it seems that the file system is the problem and needs to be re-formatted to a format compatible with both Windows and Mac. kenny_k
