My Band - recorded on a powerbook

Our First song - Looking Back was recorded in our dorm room using my Powerbook g4 1.67 ghz and Pro tools.

there ace and a ace singer but there not the heavyist lol, there ACE though, are they just a local band or an international?? I would buy there record

Ace huh? I will take that. We are just a local band out of Boston. I'm actually the lead guitarist as well as doing a lot of the mixing/producing.

hey can i ask, did u just record it with the a microphone or what?

Lots and lots of microphones my man. The rhythm Guitar and Drums were done together and then the bass, lead guitar and vocals were overdubed.

How did you mix it going into the powerbook? All the mics into a mixer - then the output into teh PC? Or do you have special hardware...?
