After copying folders (by drag and drop) onto a USB opened in either Yosemite OS or Snow Leopard OS, the USB is attached to a TV, via the USB port on the TV. When opened on the TV, the folders display additional icons, which are not icons for the jpg photos.
These additional icons do not show up on the USB when opened using either Yosemite or Snow Leopard (even when hidden files are displayed).
Is there a way to delete the non-jpg icons?
Also, displayed on the TV are three additional files that I did not add to the USB. These files are ".Trash", ".fsevent", and ".Spotlight". When the USB is opened in either Yosemite or Snow Leopard, these files only show up when show hidden files is activated. These files cannot be deleted.
Any help or resources that can be offered will greatly appreciated. Thank you.
