Hi there

I have a new Mac Book Pro, and my hotmail takes days to arrive on it, my iPhone and iPad get the emails immediately but how can i get the mac book to get the mail as it arrives.

Welcome to Mac-Forums..

Have you configured your MBP to use IMAP when connecting to Hotmail/Outlook? If so, the MBP should pick up mail just as quickly. Do you have Push enabled on the iPhone/iPad? Traditionally Mail applications on desktops are set to poll the server on a particular interval for new mail, check what the value is (usually around 5 minutes)..
