I was so busy answering questions and stuff I didn't notice I had hit 20,000 posts on this forum until I was at 20,035 or so. :)

Anyway, not to brag or anything, but clearly I spend way too much time here. Thanks to everyone who has made the experience a largely pleasant one for me, and thanks also to the government of Canada for not allowing me to get a job up here for the first three years I lived here -- that gave me plenty of free time to kill! :)

(I emigrated from the US, and so needed quite a while to process the paperwork for a work permit and permanent residency in Canada -- love it here!)

Shouldn't that be "I emigrated from the US" chas? And our gain is Canada's loss... err, maybe that should have been the other way around? :p (All in good fun chas, glad you like your new home.)
