Is it possible to use Malwarebytes to scan a plug-in, USB thumbdrive? I cannot seem to find any such options.

What's on the drive that you think could contain malware / adware?

Well, I use the USB drive on my school computers, which run Windows, and the drive often gets Windows viruses and malware.

Unless you are running Windows on your Mac then I don't think you've any worries about being infected by any viruses / malware. Malwarebytes is not an anti virus app in any event.

I doubt the Mac version of Malware bytes will even detect Windows Malware anyway. It can not harm your Mac unless like Ricky said you have windows on it.
