Partitioning Time Machine Drive

Mid-2014 MacBook Pro 13" 128 Flash and 8 GB Ram, IPad Air 2 64 GB, IPhone 6 64 GB
I have a 1TB external HDD that I use for Time Machine. I was wondering if I could partition it for Windows 10 backups too without losing my Time Machine backups?

You could but it's not recommended. The Windows partition would have to be NTFS while keeping the Time Machine partition as HFS+. Buy a separate external hard drive for your Windows backup.
