Is there a way to sync Notes created on a Mac with os x 10.11 with all other devices (i.e. iPhone and iPad Version 9.0.2).
I was able to do it with Yosemite

Thanks for any help

Yep, the syncing proces works the same as before.
You have to pay attention to the version numbers of notes / iOs and Os X.
iOS 9 and Yosemite can not sync notes, but as you indicated you have iOS 9 and El Capitan so that should not be a problem. Works fine here .
