Waiting for download from App store

Waiting for Grim Fandango to load. It is stuck on perpetual wait and has downloaded ZERO, so I can't go to spotlight to find it because it doesn't exist yet. Help. I have Googled it a tried a couple of things.

Not sure if this is related to your issue or not. Just tried to rent a movie from iTunes, and the page won't format correctly. Tried this on 2 different PCs and it shows up the same. Didn't bother renting, just in case they are having problems. I couldn't quite make out the correct link to select, as the page is all jumbled up.
