Default photo library?

My MacBook has stopped allowing me to save images in Photos! The only image library I have access to when I try to "save image to" is IPhoto. How do I get bact to Photos being my default library?

Silver M1 iMac 512/16/8/8 macOS 11.6
Patrick I bit the bullet and uninstalled iPhoto and new snaps save to Photo no problems.
