I have seen other posts (google) re my problem but can't seem to get an answer to work. Here;s hoping someone on her can help.
I noticed my disc memory was almost full and decided to try and clean up some areas. When I went to my e-mail I had over 16,000 in the archive and am unable to delete them. It looks like they're gone, then Boom!, they're right back. I tried changing my settings so that they delete upon closing mail but still spent hours last night trying to delete them and checked this morning to find them all there.
Can someone please tell me how to get rid of them so I can free up space & not have 16K messages hanging out?
