iCal problems

Which model of the above are you using?...4,4s,5s,6,6+.... Or air, MBP,retina MBP... iMac Mac mini...
Even more important what version of 'ical' and what version of which ever iOS or OS X are you on.
it's now called Calendar by the way..

Or do you have a car you call iCal?

Hi! Thanks for the response. I have a MacBook of approx 5 year vintage and have had remarkably little trouble over the years (Compared to the windows products I have used.) It is a basic 13 inch screen version , running Mac OS X v 10.6.8.
Memory has been upgraded to 6GB. I use a Logitech "Anywhere MX" wireless mouse, and have a WD 2TB USB backup drive and use a second 21 inch monitor.I use a HP Officejet 4632 wireless printer and also use an iPhone 4S.

I think the first thing I'd try is a different User Account. If it works fine there for longer, then you might want to consider migrating.
