Is there a way to post a .jpg on the internet that cannot be copied by anyone else?

My opinion is no; not 100% can you prevent copying as once an image is displayed it can be copied more or less. You may like to make it harder:-

The short, simple answer is NO. Any static image that can be seen on the screen can copied with a screenshot.

You can of course use lower res images and or use a watermark.

Yes low res is the best way to make it unusable. Watermarks are not that hard to get rid of but low res makes it not worth the effort.
