Good Morning, when I open Safari I see a screen that has 8 smaller screens each with a different website in it. How do I change these websites to the ones I visit the most?

Those are the most visited sites. If you keep visiting the sights you like they will replace what is there. There might be some other way but I have never messed with it and just let Safari do it.

Give this brief Macworld article a read. It's for Safari 5 but the current version behaves the same way.

The only minor difference is that there is no edit button as discussed in the article. To pin a site or delete it while in Top Site mode you simple hover over the site and the appropriate icons will appear.
