I'm using QuickTime 7 Pro to make a compilation of video clips from AVI files. But when I put several 1 or 2 second clips together, the video/sound skips and doesn't stay in sync. How do I fix this?

That normally happens when you have two files, one name a .m2v and one named a .mpa file.

I'm not exactly sure why you are having that problem, if they are .avi files, there shouldnt be any lapse of audio/video

No, I just have a few .avi files and I'm putting parts of them into a .mov movie. It works fine if I burn it onto a DVD and play it on a DVD player, but in QuickTime, it has problems playing.
