Hi there,

I am using a Formac ProNitron 21/750 monitor @ res: 1600 x 1200 and I find it hard to see the default text colour which is grey.

Can I suggest changing it to black so people with poorer sight, or poor monitors can read it with no problems?

How about you try this first:
system preferences/displays/color/Color/Color LCD or make your own calibration

indeed, 1600x1200 is a bit much -- change font size in browser if you must..it's fine for me.
