Mavericks 10.9.5 on iMini connected to converted TV monitor for my monitor.
I also use a Macbook Pro via WiFi in another room.
I was getting the annoying iCloud pop-up every time I started the iMini. I ignored it until the monitor screen went blank. When I tried to restart I heard the Mini chime, but nothing appeared on the monitor (but WiFi was working on the laptop). After holding down the Command for a few seconds the Mini opened on the monitor.
I began to have trouble with email on the laptop. I went to System, Preferences, and unchecked Mail. It deleted everything in my Mailbox. (I still have mail in the Trash and Sent folders.)
Is there a way I can retrieve the mail that seems to have been deleted? I’m not receiving any mail on the laptop, but do on the iMini (connected to the TV monitor.
(WiFi continued to work on the laptop as I can get online with it.)
