You don't have a MAC. You have a Mac. It's short for Macintosh, not an acronym. You wouldn't call your friend Robert, "BOB" -- you'd call him Bob. Same principle at work here.

For a flyer, I'd suggest Pages. It has great templates and you're also free to design from scratch if you prefer.

A form (that is presumably to be filled in) requires a different answer based on whether you intend this form to be filled out online or have it printed.

Hi Chas_m - LOL! Even a Big Mac is the same despite the McDonald's name!

But to the OP - Pages is a great recommendation w/ plenty of basic templates (and likely a lot more that can be downloaded) - BUT, if you want a more complicated publishing program, then take a look at iStudio Publisher - Dave :)
