Streaming movie from amazon

I can stream movies from amazon to my iMac just fine but picture and sound doesn't come thru right when getting to my ATV. I was able to fix it once but can't seem to find the fix again...HELP !!!

What do you mean by picture and sound don't come through right. That will help us identify the fix.

The screen and voice sound and look like its not streaming fast enough.The picture jerks and the sound is not audible. Thanks !!!
