Which one should I buy? 2012 Mac Pro 6gb memory Intel Xeon Quad Core 3.20 GHz or Mac Pro I dont know how old 2.8GHz Intel Xeon 8-Core 10GB RAM

Depends. More information would be nice.
The age of the unknown Mac Pro is a factor. If it is too old you can run into what version of OS X it will run. I know I would not get one older than a 2008 MacPro 3,1 because the system is too old to run Yosemite.
More facts would help. On the Mac Pro 2012 with 6GB of memory I am assuming one processor.
On the Mac Pro age unknown with the 8 core I assume 2-quad cores and that makes a big difference over the quad core 3.2. More cores working for you. Add the 10GB of ram and it is a better machine if it isn't too old.
Is there a big price difference? What do you need it for? If you are doing video editing the more machine the better.

Probably going to be a big difference in price. So suggesting which one to purchase is not a straight forward exercise.

There are three 2.8GHz Mac Pro. A model 3.1 released January 2008 in single or dual, and a model 5.11 single mid 2010 and a model 5.1 late 2010, so take your pick! Suspect it is the 2008.
